Your visit
Can I come without a reservation?
Yes, you can. But on Fridays and weekends the halls are often full, so on those days it’s best to book a table in advance — on the website or by phone.
When is Shafran open?
Opening hours: Mon — closed, Tue–Sun · 11:00–23:00.
Is there parking?
Yes, parking is free.
Do you have a terrace or an outdoor area?
Yes. The terrace is open all year round, and the summer area is open in the warm season — we close it for the winter.
Can I get food to take away?
Yes, dishes can be ordered to take away. We don’t offer off-site catering.
Is there Wi‑Fi?
Yes, there is Wi‑Fi for guests.
Can I smoke?
Not indoors — there is a smoking spot outside. We don’t serve hookah.
Is it wheelchair accessible?
There is a ramp at the entrance. Please note that the restroom is on the second floor.
Food & payment
Do you have vegetarian dishes? What if I have an allergy?
Yes, the menu has vegetarian dishes. Tell your waiter about any allergy or intolerance — the kitchen will take it into account.
How can I pay? Is there a service charge?
Cash, card or Apple Pay / Google Pay. There is no service charge; tipping is up to you.
Kids & pets
Can I come with children?
Of course. There is a high chair for little ones and a large playground nearby. There’s no separate kids’ menu, but children usually love our pizza, fries, ice cream, juices and compotes.
Are pets allowed?
Small pets are welcome indoors. Larger dogs are welcome in the summer area, as long as they are calm and well-behaved.
Banquets & celebrations
How many guests can a banquet have?
Up to 50–60 guests. You can book the whole venue or a separate hall for your event.
Is there a minimum spend or number of guests? Is a deposit required?
There is no minimum spend or guest count for a banquet. The deposit depends on the order total — our host will tell you the amount.
How far in advance should I book a banquet?
A large celebration is best planned a few weeks ahead. A small gathering can sometimes be arranged the same day if there’s space. It all depends on how busy we are, so please check with our host.
What menu is there for a banquet? Can we do a tasting?
There is a banquet menu, or you can put together your own from the main menu. You’re welcome to come for a tasting before the event.
Can we bring our own drinks and cake?
Yes, with no corkage fee. The only condition is a minimum food order per guest — our host will tell you the amount.
Can we bring our own host, entertainer or photographer?
Yes, your host, musicians, decorator, photographer or kids’ entertainer are welcome. We don’t arrange vendors ourselves.
Is there music and space for dancing?
Yes, there is a sound system and space for dancing. There is no projector.
How late can a banquet go on?
Currently, due to the curfew, until 23:00. After our victory — possibly later, by arrangement.
Do you work with companies?
Yes, we work with legal entities: bank transfer payment is available, and we’ll prepare the accounting documents.
Can we celebrate with a small group?
Yes. There is a small separate hall for small groups, or you can sit in the main hall.
